After getting my real estate license in 2017 I realized how much I loved this industry! However, I wanted to learn more and be more for my clients. With that in mind I decided to join Rob and his team here at CO Home Loans on the mortgage side of the transaction.

This has proven to be exactly what I was looking for. I got my Mortgage License in 2022, but have remained a loan officer assistant to Rob. This has given me the freedom to enjoy our beautiful state with my husband, 2 girls and our dogs. We love camping, paddle boarding, and whatever new exciting experience that Colorado has to offer.

I come from 20+ years of customer service industries and know that going above and beyond for our clients is not a one off, but something we do everyday for every client. I am humbled and honored by every client / family that gives us the opportunity to help them with not only the loan for their house, because it’s so much bigger than that, but with their future(s).

My name is Lucretia Beakley, I am a Senior Loan Processor on Rob Benham’s team. I have lived in Colorado Springs, Colorado for 8 years and am a native of New Mexico.

I have been in the mortgage business for 35 years. I have worn a few different hats in the mortgage field, besides being a Loan Processor, I have been a Loan Originator, Operations Supervisor and a Loan Closer/Funder.

I have been married for 27 years, the mother of 2, the grandmother of 4 and the dog mom of one not so vicious rottweiler named Rocky.
